Rebecka Clark is a specialist in orofacial function and rehabilitation. She specializes in conservative and holistic non-surgical treatment of orofacial dysfunction including TMJ, Bells Palsy, Trigeminal Neuralgia as well as pre and post surgical care for oral cancer, and facial surgeries.

No one likes to be in pain so we strive to make our clients visits as comfortable and pleasant a possible. We strongly believe that our patient’s comfort is an important part of quality holistic orofacial care.

WHAT IS A MYOFACIOLOGIST?

A Myofaciologist is an allied healthcare provider who specializes in the prevention, co-diagnosis, and treatment of orofacial pain and dysfunction that includes the muscles of the tongue, jaws and facial expression. The techniques include a combination of myofunctional therapy, intraoral manual manipulation techniques, decongestive therapy, oral health and skin care.

Myofaciologists are experts in their respective fields such as; Dental Hygiene, Speech & Language Pathology, Esthetics, Massage Therapy, and Physical Therapy. These providers have extensive continuing education in orofacial functional movement and rehabilitation.

WHAT SETS US APART?

​

Rebecka Clark is a dual licensed provider in both medicine and dentistry. While she is licensed in Dental Hygiene and Massage Therapy, she practices neither.

 

Dental Hygiene = Rebecka does not perform dental cleanings. Under her licensure, she is a contracted provider that goes into the homes of patients who are under the care and supervision of a dentist or hospital, for post surgical guidance and oral management of soft tissue and oral hygiene guidance. 

Massage Therapy = Rebecka does not perform massage therapy. Under her licensure, she can work independently in her own practice providing intraoral manipulation and extraoral manipulation techniques that get the face moving again. Orofacial Reset is a technique that Rebecka has developed herself over thousands of clients, like yourself to maximize treatment outcomes. 

 

Rebecka utilizes both licenses to legally and ethically to provide more comprehensive care plans that patients wont receive from any other stand alone provider in one or the other respective fields. This allows the patient to save time and money and there is one person combining comprehensive care for optimal clinical outcomes instead of 2-3 who are not on the same page.
